One of my favorite things about Fall is a visit to our favorite apple orchard (it is #1 on my Fall bucket list, after all!). Well, we made it to the orchard this past week! We spent the whole day out and about-first to a pumpkin patch and petting zoo, then to lunch, a walk along the water, a park and playground, ice cream treats, and finally, the apple orchard! We had so much fun spending the day with family and just enjoying the beautiful weather.
We also have some fun memories from this year, including Elijah throwing menus, dumping water, and grabbing at ice cream cones while we were in the ice cream shop. I don't have any pictures because I was busy trying to keep him out of trouble and cleaning up messes, but you can imagine what we looked like! At that same ice cream shop, we ordered Bella chocolate ice cream in a dish, which she promptly traded for Grandma's delicious peppermint bon bon ice cream in a cone. Good thing Grandma didn't mind:)
Bella enjoyed the entire day, but she was really fascinated by the apple sorting and cleaning station that we could watch at the orchard. She stood watching that with Grandpa for a good ten minutes or more.
