Well, I can cross another one off the Fall Bucket list, because we canned SALSA! Mmmm...It was fun to make and tastes delicious! My mom has a huge garden with lots and lots of tomatoes, so she's been trying different recipes in canning. She invited me to try making salsa with her, and I happily agreed. We had a great time making it, and we each have 5 jars to use now:) Thanks Mom!
